Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World Joins
20-Screen Cinemark at Festival Bay at International Drive

Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, one of the largest distributors of quality gear for fishing, hunting, boating and more, is now open at Festival Bay at International Drive, a lifestyle retail entertainment complex in Orlando. The 162,000-square-foot mega-facility is the second tenant to be added to Festival Bay at International Drive and is expected to be its largest anchor tenant. Located on International Drive and Oakridge Road, Bass Pro features everything for the outdoor and sports enthusiast.

Upon completion, Festival Bay at International Drive will feature nearly 1.1 million square feet of destination lifestyle and retail entertainment stores.

"As pioneers in the retail industry, Bass Pro Shops' innovative and creative mix of over-the-top demonstrations and spectacular events are sure to be a huge success at Festival Bay at International Drive," noted Andrew J. Groveman, senior vice president of Belz Enterprises.

Featured among the many attractions Bass Pro Shops have to offer are wildlife exhibits, a giant aquarium, waterfalls, an indoor archery range and - if golf is your game - an indoor putting green to test out your favorite putter.

With its historic authentic Adirondack lodge feel, visitors can get a sense of comfort. The space includes a mountain stream and pond in a naturalized landscaped setting. There is a large fireplace encompassing one wall that is framed with a hand-crafted iron grill, native stone and heavy timber mantle.

While strolling down the main aisle visitors will see a 23,000-gallon aquarium composed of native rock formations, indigenous tree and vegetation species and plenty of wildlife mounts.

Adding to the experience of Bass Pro Shops is a country-style picnic snack shop which offers hungry shoppers a variety of snacks including hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn and beverages. The setting provides hours of fun for youngsters and adults alike.

Be sure to look down and check out the authentic wild animal tracks which are displayed on the floor and pathways inside and outside the store.

Bass Pro Shops also offers classes in everything from fishing to conservation, free of charge.

Outdoor enthusiasts can find everything they need to enjoy the outdoors in departments like fly fishing, camping, hunting and shooting sports, marine, RV's, gifts, athletics, a full-line golf pro shop, rugged and athletic footwear as well as related outdoor apparel and a 20,000-square-foot boat display.

Bass Pro also features the area's largest freshwater and saltwater fishing department with 5,000 rods and reels in stock and some 30,000 different lures to choose from.

Festival Bay at International Drive is one of Belz Enterprises' premier developments. Cinemark USA, an 85,000-square-foot, 20-screen megaplex theatre, opened successfully last December. Future tenants will include such recognizable names as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Vans Skatepark and many others.

Festival Bay at International Drive is a lifestyle retail development complex with an entertainment component, specialty retailers and interactive restaurants. The project represents "a better way to shop," and will uniquely reflect the Florida lifestyle in its architecture, attitude and tenant mix.
