Metro Industrial Warehouse Expands
Meets Demand For Industrial Space in Desoto County.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (August 24, 1997) - Metro Industrial Park has expanded the existing 50,000 sq. ft. building at 10666 Ridgewood Dr., by adding another 40,000 sq. ft. This single or multi-tenant building has 40 overhead doors, 26-foot clearance and mechanical dock leveler equipment. The building is located adjacent to the Olive Branch Airport which has a 6,000 foot runway and provides easy access to air transportation. Present tenants include IMC Web Graphics, a subsidiary of Boulder, Colorado-based Intermountain Color, occupying 25,000 sq. ft. and Bital Record Corporation, occupying 7,000 sq. ft. Currently, 58,000 sq. ft. is now available for leasing in Metro Industrial Park.

Rollins Leasing Corporation, of Wilmington, Del., recently purchased five acres of land on Holmes Rd. at Metro Industrial Park for the construction of their branch office and truck leasing facility.
