Belz to Donate $4,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of Pigeon Forge

Pigeon Forge, TN (May 9, 2001) -- Pigeon Forge, TN (May 9, 2001) -- Belz Factory Outlet World – Pigeon Forge, in conjunction with Coca-Cola, will host its Second Annual Spring Tent Sale and Fundraiser from Friday, May 25th through Monday, May 28th.

Under an enormous tent in front of the main mall, shoppers will be able to find specially-marked down merchandise and great bargains that cannot be found inside. A disc jockey will be on hand to play music throughout the fun-filled event.

On Saturday, May 26th at 11:30 a.m., Belz will present the Boys and Girls Club of Pigeon Forge with an oversized check for $4,000. Throughout Saturday, the group will be on hand to sell hot dogs and Coke, donated by Coca-Cola, to shoppers. All proceeds will benefit the local chapter of the Boys and Girl's Club.

"We encourage everyone to attend the tent sale this Memorial Day weekend, not only to take advantage of the amazing savings, but also to support this worthy cause," said Andrew J. Groveman, President of the Belz Factory Outlet Division.

Located at 2655 Teaster Lane in Pigeon Forge, Belz Factory Outlet World – Pigeon Forge is home to famous name manufacturers such as Westpoint Stevens, Bass Company Store, Fuller Brush and Royal Doulton – all participants in this year’s tent sale. Angel's Dolls & Gifts, Burlington Brands, Buster Brown, Caribbean Traders, Carter's, Duckhead, Mad Hatter and Rue 21 will also display reduced merchandise.

The Belz Factory Outlet World – Pigeon Forge store hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
