MEMPHIS, Tenn., Jan. 23, 2002 - MEMPHIS IS BEING INVADED BY ALIENS! Or so you would think after playing the 18th hole at Putting Edge, the ultimate Glow-in-the-Dark miniature golf entertainment facility. Scheduled to open in mid-December, the black-light facility immerses players in a kaleidoscope of dazzling colors, themes and images. The 18-hole Putting Edge course challenges and entertains – from the seasoned pro to the first-time player.

Located in the heart of Downtown Memphis inside the 300,000-square foot Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center, the Putting Edge creates an exciting environment that enables golfers to have more fun while focused on getting the ball in the cup. The Memphis Putting Edge will take players on an active adventure with play through a coral reef, Inca ruins and into the far reaches of Outer Space.

Putting Edge is for "all ages" because on any given day it's not uncommon to host a six-year-old's birthday party, a group of young adults and a group of seniors.

Open Mondays through Thursdays 10 a.m. until Midnight; Fridays and Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 2 a.m.; and Sundays, 10 a.m. - Midnight, golfers of all ages will find a variety of challenges whenever they choose to play.
