Bannister Shoe Studio Opens at
Belz Factory Outlet World - Orlando

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (April 7, 1997) – Belz Enterprises announces the grand opening of Bannister Shoe Studio at the Belz Factory Outlet World - Orlando. Bannister Shoe Studio, formerly Capezio Shoes has remodeled to offer the customer more variety in designer shoes.

Bannister Shoe Studio, a division of 9 West Group Inc., has down-sized the former Capezio store from 6,000 square feet to 4,200 square feet but promises the downsizing has only made the store better. "Bannister has upgraded the overall quality of the shoe store and now offers more of the designer brands the customers are looking for," says Andrew J. Groveman, president of Belz Factory Outlet World division. "The new store will be a perfect compliment to the designer-oriented tenants at Belz Factory Outlet World."

Bannister Shoe Studio will feature first-quality ladies shoes and no irregulars. Now ladies designer brand shoes, 9 & Co., Papagalo, Enzo Angiolina, Amalfi, Easy Spirit, Evan Piconne and Bandolino, will also be sold at Bannister Shoe Studio along with handbags and other accessories, according to Michael Sadi, vice president of real estate, 9 West Group Inc.

"This new store will be a department store for shoes. One department will be the Easy Spirit department and another will be strictly the Bandolino department and so on. We are here to give the customers in the Orlando area choice in shoe buying," says Sadi.

"We have always been pleased with Belz Factory Outlet World in Orlando. Our new store has a fresh look and is customed to the needs of the shoppers in the area. We are always trying to adapt to the changing markets and the feedback has been terrific," says Sadi.

Belz Factory Outlet World - Orlando, the second largest tourist attraction to Disney World, totals 650,000 sq. ft. and is the largest center of its kind in the United States.

In addition to hours of shopping, Belz offers entertainment for the young and the young at heart. A beautiful, hand-made carousel, which was custom-designed for Belz, is the focal point in Mall II. Parents can shop, rest or dine at the food court while the children ride round and round.

Throughout the year, Belz Factory Outlet World features tent sales, card shows, craft fairs and special holiday events. Belz also welcomes large groups and tour buses to shop at its malls. The complex has ample parking and the malls are fully air-conditioned.

For its shoppers convenience, Belz Factory Outlet World - Orlando offers a stroller rental service for two dollars, mall security and a lost and found. The mall is also handicap accessible.

Located at the intersection of Interstate-4 and the Turnpike at the north end of International Drive, the complex is across from Universal Studios and only 12 minutes from Disney World. Mall hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
