Belz Factory Outlet World - Las Vegas WHAT: Belz Factory Outlet World – will host its annual "Trick or Treat For Kids" Halloween Celebration. Goodie bags will be handed out to trick-or-treaters and many stores will participate in the event by giving out candy. There will be a costume contest for children ages 12 and under as well as a costume contest for mall employees which will be held at the mall's center court. Prizes, including gift certificates and store merchandise, will be given for first, second and third place winners in three separate age groups. In addition, there will be a special Halloween storytelling by Enterprise Library.
