Hosts Halloween Celebration

WHAT:

Belz Factory Outlet World – Las Vegas will host its annual "Safe" Halloween Celebration. Goodie bags will be handed out to trick-or-treaters and many stores will participate in the event by giving out candy. Children ages 12 and under are welcome to participate in a costume contest at the mall's center court. Prizes, including gift certificates and store merchandise, will be given for first, second and third place winners in three separate age groups. In addition, there will be a special Halloween storytelling by Enterprise Library.
