THREE FASHION RETAILERS SIGN STORE LEASES AT BELZ FACTORY OUTLET WORLD - LAS VEGAS

Nine West, Howard Wolf, Greg Norman Take Close To 10,000 Square Feet

Las Vegas (April 30, 1998) -- Fashion continues to be a growing attraction at Belz Factory Outlet World - Las Vegas, where Nine West, Howard Wolf, and Greg Norman Collection have just signed leases for close to 10,000 square feet of new store space.

Howard Wolf, an upscale women’s apparel store, features work suits, dresses and more casual cruise wear. Generally a boutique store, this is Howard Wolf’s first foray into the factory outlet mall arena.

Nine West, a well-known fashion forward shoe store, also offers a line of stockings, tights and dress socks. The store, which will soon carry jackets and handbags, is doing very brisk business, reports the store manager. Nine West also enjoys a mix of both local and international shoppers. To efficiently meet the needs of the international shopper, many Nine West sales people are bi-lingual in Spanish, Philipino, German and Portuguese.

The Greg Norman Collection, another recent new tenant, is an apparel store designed to address all the clothing needs of both men and women golfers. The store carries a full line of pants, skirts, tops and golfer shoes.

Located on Las Vegas Boulevard, just south of the famous Las Vegas Strip, Belz Factory Outlet World offers the finest in factory outlet shopping. Belz Factory Outlet World is home to famous manufacturers such as Nike, OFF 5th - Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Reebok, Spiegel, Levi’s, Casual Corner Group, Lenox, Waterford/Wedgewood and Danskin.

Belz Factory Outlet World - Las Vegas is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10a.m. to 6p.m. on Sunday.
