Belz Enterprises Offers Up to Two Months Free Rent for Katrina Victims
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, September 14, 2005 - Belz Enterprises is offering up to two months of free rent on office, retail and warehouse space in Memphis for companies displaced by hurricane Katrina.
With a wide variety of available space that can meet virtually any business need, Belz is in an excellent position to be able to help New Orleans and Gulf Coast businesses that have seen their offices and other space destroyed by the hurricane. Belz will work with businesses to help determine which space best meets their needs. In addition, the company will use its collective expertise and connections in Memphis and the Mid-South to further help in any way it can.
"We can only imagine how devastating it is for business owners to see their livelihood destroyed by this storm. For many, their single focus is to get back in business so their employees can again begin receiving a paycheck and their customers can be served," said Morris Thomas, vice president and director of brokerage and leasing for Belz. "We want to help."
According to Thomas, the Belz offer is open to companies that need any type of space while their facilities are repaired or rebuilt, or to companies who have decided to establish a more permanent position in the Memphis market.
Companies interested in discussing their needs can contact Thomas at 901-260-7200 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
