FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Vindex Pharmaceuticals Relocating, Bringing Distribution Operations to Memphis MEMPHIS, Tennessee, June 13, 2005 – Memphis-based Vindex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has signed a lease for a 22,500-square-foot facility in Shelby Oaks Corporate Park. Vindex, which develops and markets branded, prescription pharmaceutical products, plans to move into its new space in June. The move will allow Vindex to combine its corporate offices and distribution center into one location. Currently, the company’s distribution operations are outsourced to a company in Birmingham, Alabama, and its offices are located in Cordova, Tennessee. According to Jeff King, President and CEO of Vindex Pharmaceuticals, the company was looking for a location that would allow it to continue expanding its internal office staff in addition to bringing its distribution in-house. King said the convenient location of the center was another reason Vindex decided to move there.
