FOOT LOCKER AND HOOTERS COMING TO PEABODY PLACE

Memphis, Tenn. (Jan. 6, 2005) - Two renowned, national brands soon will join downtown Memphis. Foot Locker, the world's leading retailer of athletic footwear and apparel, is slated to open at Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center in February 2005. Additionally, a 6,500-square-foot Hooters restaurant is scheduled to debut at 250 Peabody Place in spring 2005.

"We're very excited to formally welcome two top-notch venues to Peabody Place and downtown," said Andrew J. Groveman, senior vice president of Belz, owner and developer of Peabody Place Tower and Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center. "Foot Locker is one of the most recognized athletic retailers in the country. They've acknowledged the enormous growth in downtown, and we're thrilled that they've chosen Peabody Place as their new home."

The new 2,300-square-foot Foot Locker store will offer a large selection of athletic shoes and clothing, accessories, sports equipment and fan gear. Located on the first floor of Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center next to GAP, the new store will join such celebrated retail brands as Ann Taylor Loft, Victoria's Secret, Sunglass Hut and Hot Topic.

"Hooters, a nationally known restaurant and sports bar will serve as a great addition to the already strong entertainment venues that are located at Peabody Place, such as Jillian's, Isaac Hayes restaurant and nightclub, Muvico Theaters, Dan McGuinness and Texas de Brazil," added Groveman.
