The restaurant will celebrate its grand opening at the mall's food court on Wednesday, September 1, 2004. "The new restaurant will enhance the selection of dining options and services available at the mall for our customers to enjoy." Cookie's Kitchen serves customers only the highest quality natural and organic ingredients and offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, pizza and international desserts. Its specialties feature cookies and baked goods, including brandy snaps, feathered tuiles (French for "tiles"), Norwegian butter cookies, Pastel de Tres Leches, strawberry indulgence cake and Indian curry biscuits. Visitors can stop by Cookie's Kitchen and also enjoy natural meats and fresh vegetable dishes, boxed lunches and other side items. In addition, Cookie's Kitchen offers delivery and caters to customers' needs with custom-made menus for corporate functions and other events. It also bakes made-to-order cakes for any occasion.
