Brian Fowler of B.R. Cohn and Encore Master Chef José Gutierrez will present a four course meal and wine pairing certain to please the palette.  Course descriptions are below:

First Course: Potato gallette with wild mushrooms, smoked shallots and Foie Gras served with Chardonnay 2006

Second Course: Stuffed duck breast wrapped in bacon, haricot verts, pomme anna and port wine sauce served with Merlot 2004

Third Course:  Spiced New York strip with parsnip puree and Provencal olive sauce served with SyrCab 2004

Dessert: Apple tart with calvados and honey whipped cream
